Tracyann’s philosophy is to use a wide range of treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to create treatments that are tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients. Each session starts with a conversations to discuss exactly what is required.
ACUPUNCTURE
Tracyann has a passion for diagnosing and treating using pure Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to treat the whole family from babies through to older clients.
Acupuncture based treatments are suitable for a wide range of conditions including general wellbeing, stress and anxiety, insomnia, pain and injuries, childhood illness, and pregnancy related conditions. All acupuncture treatments use high quality Sensei & Seirin brand needles, which are pre-packaged, pre-sterilised, and are only used once.
Other Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments may also be included – cupping, moxa heat stick, massage and heat lamp.

FACIAL REJUVENATION
Gentle facial acupuncture designed to lift, sculpt and even out your skin tone. Plus a rebalancing acupuncture body treatment followed by a facial massage with organic aromatherapy oils.
MASSAGE
Tracyann’s aim is to help you create balance in your body. She uses a combination of therapeutic massage techniques and is trained in Swedish, Shiatsu, Tuina/acupressure massage all of which aim to release tension points, relax tight muscles, and re-establish energy flow in the channels according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You can come in for a massage or add a massage on to your acupuncture treatment. You are welcome to discuss with Tracyann to work out the best option for you

If you like the heat from hot water bottles, wheat bags, and hot showers you’ll love this truly indulgent massage. It simply melts your tension away.
Tracyann uses a combination of moving and stationary stones. Perfect for the middle of winter to warm cold bones.
